It is also known as the “Festival City“, hosting over 30 festivals annually, including the International Festival and Edinburgh Festival Fringe every August, which is the largest performing arts festival in the world. This vibrant, cosmopolian environment extends to the 300+ societies and 60+ sports clubs that you can join too. Edinburgh is also the UK’s greenest city, with nearly half of the city green space. You will be not far from the coast and within easy reach of Scotland’s breathtakingly beautiful surrounding countryside. Typically, the minimum entry requirement for our masters programmes is 2.5/5 in your bachelor degree. However, for many of our masters programmes demand for places is much higher than places available so applicants who meet the minimum academic requirements are not guaranteed an offer of studies. The majority of offers will be made to students who achieve grades well above the minimum entry requirement.
