Graduates of this Master’s are trained to work in any department or entity related to personnel management, such as consultancies, human resources departments in any sector, recruitment agencies and employment and training agencies, etc.

The average time spent looking for employment after completion of the Master's is the following:

• Graduates without previous experience: 75% employment 6 months after completing the Master's.
• Graduates with professional experience seeking to change career direction: 90% employment immediately after completing the Master's.

The documentation you will need to submit to complete your application is the following:

• Valid passport (identification page only)
• Curriculum vitae
• Letter of motivation
• Most recent academic transcript
• Certificate of access to postgraduate studies: a certificate issued by your undergraduate college or university that accredits that your previous studies allow you to pursue official postgraduate studies. Students may alternatively submit the EU Diploma Supplement.
• Language certificates (if applicable) 

Participating in this ordinary admissions process has no application fee. We recommend that all international candidates apply as soon as they are able, so that they may have additional time to begin or complete any additional process necessary, such as finding accommodation.
